OUR STORY

The Purelyte brand began out of a need, and a lack with the available sports drinks in the market. Our active daughter plays competitive basketball and giving her high sugar drinks with low electrolyte content did not sit right with us.

Nathan is a former elite athlete, representing the Australian National Men's Handball Team. Utilising his university studies in Exercise & Sport Science and the latest scientific studies, we formulated an electrolyte mix made of premium natural ingredients to optimise hydration and performance. For us, the non-negotiables had to be high quality ingredients, no artificial flavours, colours or additives, zero sugar and no fillers – just natural, clean and pure ingredients and nothing else. 

We felt the difference in our lives. More energy, better sleep, improved mental clarity and quicker recovery after sport. The bonus for Emily who does intermittent fasting was the focus and energy gained without breaking her fast.

Giving Back

At Purelyte, giving back is a core value. We donate a portion of our profits to Every Daughter Matters, an Australian charity that works on the front line and dedicated to intercept and rescue girls from being trafficked in Nepal. As parents of 2 daughters, we are deeply moved by this mission of this organisation and the real tangible impact it has on the lives of thousands.
